What kind of Photography Services do you offer?
We do event coverage for weddings, debut, birthdays and other personal occasions. We also do company and commercial shoots or food and product photography.
We’re really busy and won’t be able to meet. Are there any other options?
We would love to meet with you prior to your photography needs; however if you’re somehow too busy or too far away, we can handle everything remotely. If one of your goals is to see more work, we can gladly show you our sample works online. If your goal is to talk about packages and get a sense of the photographer’s personality, telephone calls and webcam appointments can be arranged.
How long does it take to get my photos? And what kind of files do I get?
You can pick up your photos in our office three (3) days after the shoot. We accept rush project but additional charges may apply depending on the type of project. For weddings, debut, birthdays and other personal events we give all High-res edited shots. We do not include test shots, missed focused shots, duplicate shots and other images that may weaken the overall output and of course our brand.
For corporate or commercial purposes, we provide all High-res edited shots and RAW files depending on the request of the company or the company’s agency. Usually, they have their in-house creatives who handles the post production for the sake of their project.
What rights do I have to the digital prints?
You have the right to reprint images whenever you want, wherever you want. However you may not sell your images for a profit or publish your images without the written consent of Artzap Studio.
Do you design Albums or Photo Books?
Yes, we do design & layout albums. Some of our photography packages include a 40 pages of 8×10 Leather Album that can have 120 to 130 chosen photos. Your ordered album or photo book would be ready after one and a half month (1/2) after you have given us the list of your chosen photos. You may request for additional pages or customized sizes.
